Clinical work grounded in decades of practice.
Most of what helps in therapy isn't a technique – it's the quality of the conversation and the strength of the therapeutic relationship. I bring many years of clinical experience, ongoing professional training, and a steady, plain-language approach. Together, we identify what is happening, develop a plan, and revisit it regularly to ensure the work remains meaningful and helpful.
Listen first
Before any plan, before any test, before any homework – I want to understand what brought you here in your own words.
Name it clearly
I don't use clinical language to create distance or sound authoritative. If a diagnosis fits, I'll explain it clearly, what it does and doesn't mean, and how it relates to your experience.
Revisit together
Therapy that doesn't measure itself drifts. We pause every six to eight weeks to ask whether the work is helping, and adjust.
The work, named clearly.

- 01
15-min call
A short phone call, no commitment. I'll ask three things: what brought you here, what you've already tried, and what you'd like to be different. By the end, we'll know whether to book an intake.
- 02
Initial session
50 minutes, in person or virtual. We go through history, current concerns, and goals. You can bring any prior reports, medication lists, or school notes. If you'd rather not bring anything, that's also fine.
Therapy starts with a short conversation.
Let's schedule a brief intake call to discuss your needs and determine whether I'm the right fit. If I'm not, I'll gladly point you toward someone who may be.
